The hotel is older but has been kept up. The paint color of the hotel is rather loud.

They rush you out at 11 need a grace period.

The staff is friendly. Need to allow a few mins to get out.

There was no noise and internet was strong and fast.
Breakfast bar was little with little seating.

You get what you pay for. Low budget business travel this is a good location.

Nothing really after the bad customer service.
Their carelessness to our broken shower, spraying water onto the ceiling and dropping on our head when attempting to shower.

This hotel had horrible customer service and would not help us when we made them aware our shower was broken. It was spraying water all over the ceiling and bathroom. They hung up on my fiance when he advised them. He had to go downstairs twice the next day to get anyone to help him. He was told there were no other rooms, and nothing that could be done. ...read more

Affordable, quiet for a major street, decent location,
no elevator - non-smoking rooms upstairs

We got a great price on this motel. It was centrally located for all the different places we wanted to visit. We visited friends and family in Dublin, San Leandro, Hayward and San Francisco. It is an older motel but the rooms are clean and well kept. It was nice and quiet. The neighborhood is older and working class, but it's safe to walk to your car and to the 7-Eleven next door. The parking lot has security cameras. It had no extras like pools, saunas and such but we weren't there to swim. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were large. FREE wireless! The only thing we didn't care about was that the non-smoking rooms were upstairs and there was no elevator, so coming in at a late hour after walking around San Francisco all day, it would have been nice not to have to climb stairs. Over all, it was a great deal. All we wanted was a clean, safe place to sleep with a fridge and this fit our requirements perfectly. We'll book it again for that price. Oh, they have a continental breakfast but we never got up early enough to eat there. ...read more

The price was right.
The lobby smelled bad, and they used real keys.

You get what you pay for. There were holes in the sheets and blankets. The towels were threadbare. I never took my shoes off. However, I didn't die in the middle of the night, and I never saw any bugs. ...read more

Very clean and close to the freeway.

The hotel was very clean and has friendly staff. The key works with no problem, parking is good and everything was a good experience for me. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well-lit.
The milk they were serving for breakfast was spoiled.

Hotel was nice and clean. The employees seemed to have a hard time checking me in. It’s nice that the room rate included breakfast; however the milk they were serving was rotten. Besides that, they had juice, cereal, English muffins, fresh fruit, bagels, and mini cinnamon rolls. The channel selection wasn't bad; however there were no ESPN channels and no pay-per-view availability. They did offer 3 different HBO channels. ...read more
